How can I find out if the CD I want can have my child's name in it?
Go to the CD samples page, view the list of CD we have available in there, click on the one you want and there you will have a block where you can type your child's name, You might want to try different spellings if you don't find it the first time, if you find a name that "sounds" the same but has a different spelling use that name but we will spell your child's name the correct way on the cd label.
I still can't find my child's name, now what?
Lets say your child's name is Sean so you got to look for his name and spell it like that but no results are back, try spelling it Shawn, once you do that and find it with the same pronunciation you just give us the spelling you want in the label and we'll do the rest.
What if I want a message added to the CD label?
At the time you are ready to check out, there's a block above the check out button where need to add your child's name, and up to 3 messages, separete them by commas so we know which message is number 1, 2 and 3
What if I don't want 3 messages in the CD label?
The messages are optional, if you want just one then after you type the name in the box above the check out button place a comma and then the text you want as your message, if no other messages are needed then you are ready to check out.
what shipping method do you use?
We ship your item(s) via USPS Postal Priority Mail.
How long will it take for me to get it?
How soon you will receive it will depend on information received, email communication required if there's any questions on our end (or yours) once all information has been received we will process your order that day and mail the following working day, please allow 5 to 14 days for processing and USPS to deliver to your location.
Can You ship to a different address?
Yes, we can ship to a different address than yours, just indicate that at time of check out.
Do You ship outside the USA?
We can ship outside the USA, International buyers will find their rates on our home page.
International Buyers need to contact Us so we can send an invoice to them reflecting their shipping charges.
How much is your shipping
You pay a flat rate in the Continental USA of $6.50 no matter how many CD's or Prints you buy the rate is the same for your entire order as long as they ship to the same address at the same time.
International Buyers pay $13.00 for their entire order same rules as above apply.
